Shipping & Delivery

Please be aware that our Warehouse only operates Monday - Friday (9am-5pm). We are therefore unable to despatch parcels on weekends, allowing our team time to enjoy the activities we promote.

 

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery is a Two Business Day Tracked Service
  • Any orders received before 14:00 GMT we aim to dispatch the same day.

  • Heavy or high-value items will automatically be upgraded to FedEx —at no extra cost.

FREE on all orders over £100

  • The shipping fee has been discounted 100% to £0.00 but if you return your order for a refund, this fee will be taken off the refunded total.

Shipping is charged on all Orders BELOW £100

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 is charged at £4.95
  • FedEx Economy is charged at £6.95
  • If you return your order for a refund, this fee will be deducted from the refunded total. 

Next Working Day and Saturday Delivery Services are available at checkout.  

 

Scottish Highlands will ship with Royal Mail. 

  • Orders below £100 will ship Royal Mail 2nd Class, this is insured but not tracked. 
  • Orders above £100 will ship Royal Mail 1st Class, this is a tracked service. 

You can still select the paid for upgraded FedEx shipping options when shipping if you'd prefer a different shipper. 


     

    EU (European Union) Delivery

    FREE Delivery on all orders over £500 / €600

    £25 / €30 Shipping Charge on orders over £250 / € 300

    £50 / €60 Shipping Charge on orders under £250 / € 300

    • Shipping Speed | 4 – 10 business days depending on the box size.

    • Standard delivery to all EU countries dispatched directly from our UK warehouse.

    • Transactions will be treated as an Export with 0% VAT and therefore Import Taxes will be due. VAT should be removed automatically (or refunded where this does not occur).

      £50 / $65 Shipping Charge on All Orders

      • Shipping Speed | 5 – 10 business days. Exceptions apply.
      • Goods will shipped on Ex Works basis, duties and local import taxes will be due. Please contact us for UK VAT / EU VAT refund on direct export of goods.
      • Depending on the physical size of the products ordered and location of delivery an additional payment may be required after the purchase has been processed. 

       

      Rest Of World Delivery 

      £60 / $75 Shipping Charge on All Orders

      • Shipping Speed | 7 – 14 business days. Exceptions apply.
      • Goods will shipped on Ex Works basis, duties and local import taxes will be due. Please contact us for UK VAT / EU VAT refund on direct export of goods.
      • Depending on the physical size of the products ordered and location of delivery an additional payment may be required after the purchase has been processed. 

       

      Tracking

      When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the Track-and-Trace information of your parcel.

       

      Additional Charges

      Please be aware all shipping prices are calculated at checkout dependant on the recipients location and estimated volumetric weight of the parcels purchased.

      It is possible that some calculated prices may need to be adjusted post-purchase to cover additional courier costs prior to shipping.  

       

      Customs and Tax

      UK prices include 20% or 0% UK VAT.

      In cases where the product has to ship from our UK warehouse address to a delivery address outside the UK, VAT will be removed automatically (or refunded where this does not occur).

      0% VAT will apply on goods exported out of the UK warehouses.

      LOCAL IMPORT TAX & VAT WILL BE DUE AT POINT OF ENTRY INTO MOST COUNTRIES. PLEASE BE READY TO COVER THE FEES DUE. PLEASE REACH OUT FOR HELP IN UNDERSTANDING THIS FURTHER. NO PRIOR NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN FROM BUYWAKE UK OF THE EXACT FEES DUE.
