If your purchase for whatever reason does not work out, the boots don’t fit, the board isn’t the colour you imagined, or you just changed your mind, this is absolutely fine. Subject to the product being brand new, exactly as it was delivery, the tags still on the boots and the board still in its wrapper then you are more than welcome to send it back for an exchange or refund. You have 30 days in which to do this, and any returns costs are for the customers to cover. Any refund requests will not include the cost of the original shipping charges, and any replacements to be sent will need to have the return shipping costs covered before they are sent out. We hope this gives you the confidence to shop freely with knowing you have the option to swap items if needed.


Please understand before ANY return we must be notified, a simple email with a copy of your receipt, your reasons, any replacement requested, and a date we should expect the product back on will suffice. We have a high volume of orders coming in and out, anything without proper information, both prior to arrival on email AND included in the box with the item will not be processed and we will wait until you contact us about the box before taking any action. So please inform us properly so we can offer you the fastest possible service.
